Design:

• Modern & Compact: The machine features a sleek, minimalist structure made of high-quality steel and shatter-resistant glass that blends seamlessly into any environment. The surfaces are scratch-resistant and easy to clean, ensuring the machine always maintains a modern, clean appearance.
  
  
• User-friendly interface: A large, high-resolution 22-inch touchscreen display allows for easy navigation and offers a clear, intuitive user interface. The software design features bright, high-contrast colors, allowing for easy operation even in low-light conditions.
  
  
• Advertising screen: The machine displays videos or other configurable advertisements in standby mode. This attracts attention and also looks very appealing.
  
  

Software:

• Intelligent user interface: The software is based on a user-friendly interface that enables the purchasing process in just a few steps. Users can select their desired vapes or e-cigarettes, view product information, and complete the purchase using a variety of payment methods—including contactless payment (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

• Age verification: The machine is equipped with advanced age verification software that ensures that only authorized persons (18 years and older) have access to the products. This is done through secure identity verification via an ID card or a digital ID, which is automatically verified.

• Real-time product and inventory management: The software allows operators to monitor inventory in real time and automatically place orders when products are running low. The system also provides detailed sales statistics and analytics features, enabling optimal management and reordering.

• Remote management: The software enables remote control and monitoring via a cloud-based platform. Operators can adjust the machine at any time, perform software updates, and analyze sales figures – all from a central control unit.

• Data protection: All customer data is securely stored and processed in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
