How much does a vape machine / vending machine cost
A good vending machine costs between €3,800 and €4,600 including VAT, depending on the modules, features, and any customization. When selling 18+ products, an age verification module must be installed.
Is a vape machine / vending machine really worth it?
E-cigarettes are literally on everyone's lips these days. Since many products are now available at gas stations and kiosks, a vending machine is a fantastic way to sell products outside of regular opening hours. Our experience shows that in a good location, a monthly passive income (after deducting costs of goods) is between €500 and €1,500 per device. Ideal locations include vape shops, kiosks, snack bars, arcades, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, bars, coffee shops, and much more.
Do you need a permit to install a vending machine?
The following generally applies: Installation in or on a commercial property does not require a permit. For use in public spaces and residential areas (e.g., garden fences), permits must be obtained from the relevant authorities.
Is the machine also suitable for outdoor use?
Generally yes, since it's wall-mounted. However, direct sunlight can cause the touchscreen to fail due to overheating. This is reversible, but the device cannot be used while overheating occurs.
Can the machine be insured?
Generally, it's possible to insure the device through one of our insurance partners. If you're installing the vending machine at your existing commercial premises, many insurers also offer the option of including the device in your existing business contents insurance. Where can I get supplies for the vending machine?
In principle, you can purchase your goods wherever you want. For vapes and e-cigarettes, we are happy to put you in direct contact with wholesalers.
Does the machine also accept cash payments?
We offer our machines without a cash payment module, as this significantly reduces the likelihood of a breakdown or break-in. Contactless payments are paid out directly from the payment provider to your account on the 15th of each month.
Does the machine comply with legal regulations (subject to youth protection)
Yes. Our vending machines can optionally be equipped with the DCM system from ICT. This module ensures that 18+ products are only dispensed to persons of legal age by authorizing them with a valid ID or driver's license. Age verification is also GDPR-compliant and approved.
