Payment and Shipping Information

1. Delivery

1.1. Your order will be shipped via DHL or iloxx.

1.2. We currently deliver only within Germany. International delivery may be arranged on an individual basis by contacting us at info@vapemaxx.de. Please provide the article name, quantity, delivery address, country, and postal code so that we can check if delivery is possible. If delivery is available, we will inform you in advance of the applicable shipping costs.

1.3. For goods delivered by freight carrier, delivery will be made—unless otherwise agreed—"free curbside", i.e., to the nearest public curbside at the delivery address.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Shipping costs within Germany depend on the total weight of the order, which can be found in the respective product description.

  • Orders from 0 to 2 kg: €4.90
  • Orders from 30 kg and above: price on request (shown in the system during checkout)
  • If indicated: free shipping

For small items with a total order value of €50 or more (gross), we offer free shipping.

For heavy or bulky items, an additional surcharge per delivery address may apply. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the respective product page.

3. Payment Methods

3.1. For deliveries within Germany, you may choose from the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the product description:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer
  • Sofortüberweisung (Instant Bank Transfer)
  • Direct debit via Klarna
  • Leasing / Hire Purchase via Finyo
  • Payment by invoice or installment (via Klarna)

We offer payment by invoice and installment purchase through Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. This option is available only to consumers. All payments under these options must be made directly to Klarna.

Klarna Invoice

Klarna Installment Purchase

Klarna Installment Purchase is available only for Germany. You can pay in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95) or according to the conditions stated at checkout.
