Right of Withdrawal (B2B) / Return Policy

No Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Our online store is aimed exclusively at business customers (entrepreneurs) within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A statutory right of withdrawal as defined in Sections 312g and 355 BGB does not apply.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the purchase is made in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Goodwill Return Policy

Without prejudice to the exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer our business customers a voluntary goodwill return policy.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receipt of the goods, subject to our prior written approval. Approved returns will incur a deduction of 30% of the net order value as handling, procurement, and restocking costs. Shipping and packaging costs already incurred will not be refunded.

Returned goods must be in their unopened original packaging, complete and undamaged. Custom-made products, customer-specific configurations, and non-stock special orders are excluded from return.

Return Procedure

Returns will only be accepted after prior written approval. Parcels sent freight collect (unpaid) will not be accepted. Once the goods have been received and inspected, a credit note will be issued minus the above-mentioned costs.

EU Business Customers

Our offer is directed exclusively at business customers within the European Union. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they are acting as a business customer within the meaning of Article 2(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU and not as a consumer. Therefore, no right of withdrawal under EU consumer law applies.
